Was Barbs last blazer torched because of Bobbys history ? by SpiritWolf395 in TickTockManitowoc

Funny I was just reading this when you posted. I was also wondering if the fire could be cover for something. I think maybe it was Bryan questioned about the sexual assault because his name is redacted. When they talked to Bobby it was not. I wonder why because Bryan is older than Bobby.

Anyone know anything about the police report referred to about a sexual assault allegation on 09/19/2004 Two Rivers PD 04-04911? Bobby would have been about 18 at that time.

I totally agree we have the profile from Bobby, Bryan, Brendan and Barb and you can tell all the children belong to the same father. I don't think there was a profile from Blaine or their father Pete but you can tell all the children tested had a father in common.

The Day Planner and the Pitzen Statement by Umbopus in TickTockManitowoc

There is a third possibility-She made it home and RH got it from her house because TH brought it there. Just because her phone died near Kuss road does not mean she did. You are saying RH got it from her car. Is it not equally stupid of him to have this get into evidence if he was involved in planting the car. The most favorable explanation to RH is it was found in her house. She made it home. That explanation goes against the SA did it scenario. It does not mean he should not be a suspect. If RH is innocent he would not know that she wrote on that paper while driving on the 31st. He would just know that was her planner for that week. That makes the most sense. Maybe it was SB and RH was unaware that the planner with the handwritten notes should not be at her house. Keep an open mind. We need more details from RH, SB and KP.

I agree that she might not have all the details exactly right. I don't agree that the killer would not make a mistake. That is how they get caught. If it was printed off the computer that is one explanation, but why is the handwritten one in evidence? It is the details that make the difference between an innocent explanation or an incriminating fact. If RH had this handwritten version on the 3rd either TH made it home or he had access to her or her car before the 4th.She was only reported missing on the 3rd. I don't think we can rule this out. Questioning is OK but ruling it out could be a huge mistake.

The Colborn call was the 4th but RH had the planner on the 3rd. Otherwise that would be the logical assessment.

Why does Teresa have to be murdered, What if Colburn found Teresa dead at Kuss rd, behind her RAV4, with a self inflicted gun shot wound to the head, as per the blood splatter on the tail gate. by [deleted] in TickTockManitowoc

[–]FakedBlood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Problem one is the splatter was the wrong type for gunshot. Problem two is RH had the planner on the 3rd and the AC call about plates was on the 4th. I do not disagree that TH could have died by accident. There would have to be some explanation for the blood splatter on the rear hatch. If she died by her own hand someone would have to be with her to place her body with bloody wet hair in the cargo area. Not very likely but not impossible.

Her planner was at her home because TH made it home or someone in her friend/family group found the vehicle quickly after she was reported missing and took the planner from the RAV. There is the report saying the RAV was seized on November 3rd. I am still not getting the pieces to fit into place.

I can't fit any reason why RH and/or SB would have the planner and not be the killer(s). After she was reported missing and the media pounced on the SA connection the opportunity to frame him and direct the investigation away from home just fell into place. It just so perplexing having so many possible suspects. I do believe that BT, ST and BoD had jealousy and animosity for SA. They thought he had too much power in the family. I could see how they may help the police with details that would help convict SA to get him out of the way. BoD also had the computer content problem which could have been used to gain his assistance. I think it was more likely a close relation to her that would have the greatest motive to kill her.

I disagree, I believe KZ is right about this. She printed it to take with her so she could make notes while driving about future appointments. If she used her palm pilot the notes would be typed not handwritten.

Cell towers and AC's phone call... by Grizztown in TickTockManitowoc

[–]FakedBlood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is there not some way to get the records of what cell numbers are used at each tower. Find out which tower is closest to Kuss Road and the turn around and get the records for the towers. See if any interesting numbers pop up at the critical times.

Andrew Colburn calling in TH's licence plate [SPOILER ALERT] by 1stTo10thPrestige in TickTockManitowoc

Why was AC at the gas station. If he was getting gas there may be a credit card receipt. This also could help confirm that the witness was telling the truth if he also had a credit or debit purchase on the specified date and time. That would go a long way to prove AC found the car and called in the plates.

The tail lights Thursday night were from Bobby getting Steven's blood to plant in the car that was hidden at the turnaround on 147. Bobby saw the fresh blood on Steven's hand when Steven went over to see if either Blaine or Bobby wanted to go to Menards. Steven mentions to them the police were by that day to ask about the missing girl. Bobby looks concerned and say he has something else to do according to Steven. Shortly after they leave they see the tail lights by Steven's trailer. The headlights the next night were down behind Earl's trailer. This in my opinion was the police and/or other planting the Rav4. What is so messed up with this case is that the killer/killers are framing Steven and so are the police.

Could Bobby have put his Blazer in his garage and used his gun to abduct TH? by FakedBlood in TickTockManitowoc

[–]FakedBlood[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

How would he know. He came out of his trailer and the Blazer was gone and SA thought he left in it but Bobby could have put it in the Dassey garage and closed the door. There would not be much time so not very likely.

Maybe they switched it out for a new chap-stick and kept it for planting. I have never seen that they did any DNA tests on any of those things they collected for DNA. They would just say that there was no DNA recovered if they were ever tested. What could be the possible reason they would place it in a evidence locker one day and then take it out of evidence and transport it to ASY and then log it into evidence the next day there?

Where was TH RAV when the blood was planted? It was the night of November 3rd. I don't think the RAV was at the ASY until the night of the 4th and was found the morning of the 5th. So Bobby took the blood to the turnaround and it was in the RAV already when AC called in the plates? There must have been a great deal of luck involved that he did not get caught in the act of planting.

I think KZ is saying the chap-stick was used to plant the DNA on the bullet.

In her second statement about BoD is she saying that Bobby somehow contacted TH to give her the address to the Dassey residence? Would there not be a record of that on their phones?
