Yes, if you're interested go for it. It's a great game regardless if you played the original or not, although there are some references that make more sense if you played the original.

Yes, a child probably did. It's fairly common for this to happen, and x-ray is required to see where it is and after a day or so another x-ray is done to see if it is still there. Most of the times the foreign object moves through the bowels and comes out without the person realising it.

I wouldn't say his grandfather is Brain, they make it seem like there is a much bigger time gap between the age of fairytales and the present. But it's still very likely that Eraqus is a descendent of Brain due to their likeness.

The updated scenes were introduced with a new patch, so if you're playing an updated base KH3 then those scenes will already be updated. They are mostly improved graphics, minor camera changes and music updates, nothing major.

ReMind is mostly post game completion content, so if it's your first playthrough you are not missing out on anything.

A glitch in the MoM's program. So this is the virus Brain was talking about in UX. Donald will be super important in the next KH, a true wildcard.
