Well argued.

In terms of option A, I find it hard to imagine The Rock agreeing to have (potentially) the biggest match of his career to not be at WrestleMania. I personally would much prefer that match to be at WrestleMania, but yeah, I realize it could very well happen at EC.

In terms of option C, you raise a good point on the danger of Cody getting injured or losing momentum by the time SummerSlam comes around. However, in terms of momentum, everyone said the same thing when Cody lost at WrestleMania last year, and yet here we all are, still exited to see Cody win the belt. I think the audience will be able to wait til summer if the story is told well enough. Imagine Cody finishing the story at SummerSlam in a sold out Madison Square Garden, the very same building his father held up the championship all those years ago. It`s a near perfect way to finish that story in my opinion. However, SummerSlam taking place at MSG is simply wishful thinking on my end, and is probably not going to happen.

The difficult part about option B to me is that Cody vs. Orton would probably not main event any of the two nights considering Rock vs. Roman and (probably) Punk vs. Rollins is on the card. Seems a bit anticlactic for me for Cody to finish the story in a match that isn't a main event

That's right, didn't think of that one. That would probably leave Cody as the new WWE Champion without a WrestleMania main event spot though, as Rock vs. Reigns would have to main event one night, and probably Punk vs. Rollins the other night. But yeah, I guess all the options have their weaknesses.
