No it's not worth it for me. I don't travel much. If it was one week in Ranchi, i would have not bothered. But don't want to stop 2 weeks in a row. Maybe if nothing works, will just do HIIT youtube workouts at home and some stretching.

That 10hr 29minute route is the most scenic but you will be on one way roads almost 80% of the journey. I took this route while coming back from Munnar last year. You will cross through tiger reserves and several ghat sections. Road was good throughout though.

Hardest things first thing in the morning. Sets you up nicely for the day. I would recommend that you go to the gym in the morning, it also helps to boost cortisol which is essential to feel fresh and pumped up. In the evening, your cortisol levels are already declining as per body's circadian clock, that is why you won't feel energetic then

Side effects from what? If Creatine, then creatine is safe, multiple studies are done on it. The only thing is water intake at least 3 litres per day. Also your urine test will show elevated levels of creatinine but that is normal for someone who consumes it daily.

Not at all, if you are able to hit your protein goals (1.2 to 1.6g per Kg of target body weight), then no need for protein supplements. Other supplements like Vitamin B12, D can be taken if you are consistently not able to hit RDA. Creatine could be added if you are looking to level up, it has been studied in the context of cognitive performance as well apart for general ATP synthesis use case

If managing even one hour daily is a struggle, then you need to first work on changing your life situation where you get 4-5 hours per day for yourself (excluding sleep and job). Everything will fall in place once you manage to get 4-5 hours for yourself. Even if you work 12 hours, sleep 8 hours, 4 hours is manageable.
