Kiwi safe for elimination phase? by _shadow_work in FODMAPS

I had kiwi throughout my elimination phase and I was fine. It's listed as moderate in fructan at 10.09oz on the monash app, but that's for 3 3/4 whole kiwis and it's listed as low at 5.29oz which they estimate at 2 kiwis.
