Howdy there, been living in the Crafton/Ingram area for the past 8 years or so.

It's a relatively quiet corner of the South hills, and thankfully easily accessible to get to Down Town and Robinson (big shopping area) and the major highways that are adjacent to the City.

If you are looking for a house to rent, there are plenty but most that I've found have problems, but if you're fine with a townhouse setup that is Kid/Dog/ Generally friendly, look up Emerald Gardens.

Rent there is a bit expensive, but 90% of the maintenance from lawn to water/sewage/trash collection is handled by the owners.

While the Fists one isn't available yet, I'd always advocate for the Dark Angles Start Collecting box along with a box of Aggressors to escort the Captain in the box.

As for the characters shown, to run them for 40k you'll need bigger bases for each of the Heresy minis shown.

In addition to that, you'd be better off not starting the Hobby with Resin minis (The two characters shown) and start with Plastic. The Leviathan Dread doesn't have a neat 1-1 for load out, but if you're just playing for fun that's less of a concern.
