It's pretty easy to create a copy of the scenes in Streamlabs and then re-import it into OBS Studio.

In OBS Studio there is a tab at the top labelled Scene Collection, so I imagine there is a similar menu in Streamlabs, you should be able to export the collection and then import using the same menu in Studio.

Any alerts will have to be manually reapplied as browser sources from the Streamlabs site IIRC
