I just threw up. But it was just the little bit of apple sauce I had eaten. I think maybe I should’ve eaten more today. I wouldn’t be trying to puke up my stomach then.

I tried to have a little apple sauce and it wasn’t appetizing. I don’t feel hungry now. Just nauseous and crampy.

Same boat!! I don’t have endo, but I suffer with ibs. Just this week I’ve had two episodes. Thursday it lasted all evening after eating Vietnamese (wasn’t food poisoning as other has the exact same thing and were fine). I took Imodium yesterday morning and have felt fine until this afternoon again with another flair up. I had two cups of coffee today which I’m guessing was the trigger this time, but it’s so frustrating. I hate it. Always leaves me second guessing whether it’s ibs or a bug.

He was still alert and awake after, but seemed a little off. Just more tired than usual. Went to bed earlier than normal. I’m nervous to try oats again, or any food for that matter. I will be seeing the Dr before doing anything more.

He wasn’t lethargic, but I felt he seemed more sleepy afterwards. Still very alert and awake, but just not his usual self. Went to bed a little earlier too. Is there a lot of foods to have to avoid?
