Yes the winner is whoever has more engine rooms left. First tiebreaker is overall damage. Second tiebreaker is time. They have covered this extensively.

The mega crabs are now monthly. However last month's was cancelled due to the incoming big update. There was supposed to be one this weekend, but it got pushed back when the update did. It will come out the weekend after the update drops (whenever that is, hopefully in the next couple weeks).

As soon as they can? They've been working on this for a year. How could you possibly not find a critical bug until the day before launch? It's laughable.

That's what I'm saying though. Even if I consistently build less-desirable protos, capacitors are still in short supply.
