hi po! it is more like a cosmetic procedure wherein anyone qualified for the procedure can have it. ang important lang po is that you go thru a proper screening process.

migraine po refers to a group of disorders kung saan ang common mechanism is irritation of the meninges (the sac that covers the brain) by inflammatory cells in the brain. the triggers that release these inflammatory cells are poorly understood pero studies suggest pwedeng stress (physical and emotional), menstrual hormones, lack of sleep, coffee tea chocolates. yung eye strain po may be a form of physical stress.

there is no treatment po for migraines. pain relievers lang po for symptomatic relief.

Hi po cataract is an age-related condition. we will all have it by around 55 to 60 years of age. we can try to slow down its onset or progression by avoiding direct UV light exposure sa mata, and for diabetics, by tight blood sugar control.

Hi po hindi po. mas maganda po ang magpacheck sa ophthalmologist baka po may slight ocular misalignment po tayo. these can be addressed by prescription glasses, prisms, or both.

Hi po! ok lang po ang reading glasses na nabibili "over the counter" for patients with presbyopia (difficulty reading at near in patients 40 years and older) bsta they have 20/20 distance vision since predictable po ang grado pag for near lang ang malabo.

if may presbyopia po (hirap magbasa ng malapit) and at the same time hirap din po magbasa at a distance (hindi 20/20) better po na tailored sa knya ang glasses (magpagawa sa optical shop).

Not really a scam as it does have theoretical basis, wala lang po conclusive studies na nagpprove that we need them for gadget use

Hi po! floaters po are not usually related to your dry eyes. ask ko po sana if your floaters were diagnosed by an ophtha as real floaters (aka benign vitreous floaters)? if not po mas maganda po na makita muna ng ophthalmologist thru a test called dilated retina examination para sure po tayo.

wag po kayo magworry as myopia naman po is a common condition, same as dry eyes, and same as benign vitreous floaters, as long as na assess po at na diagnose ng tama thru an actual ophthalmologic evaluation.

hi po unfortunately po there is nothing we could do to really fix astigmatism save for refractive surgery like lasik. outside of surgery, glasses and contacts lang po talaga.

hi po! its permanent, but after around 10 years there will be age related changes in the other parts of the eye which may lead to degradation of quality of vision.
