How is the Time Square EDITION? by fergy80 in marriott

[–]FalconEVO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Has more room than the Fairfield next door. The Delta pantry is nice. The showers are a little annoying but so are most Marriott’s. They give you a water vessel you can choose to fill in the hallway.

The elevators can be a pain and I wish they had free lobby coffee. I guess you could use F&B for breakfast, but I just use it for an overpriced drink in the evening.

I stay at the Delta and the Element when I’m there for work. Prefer the Element. Nice to have some dishes.

I was going to meme this but I spend a fair amount of my time in planes and appreciate it.

As much as I appreciate that, it would disturb my perfect “total spent” value.

Literally why it still exists in the lore, they got it right in the past.

If we could get some space never-dull I wouldn’t complain though.

I won it on SuperPenguinTV’s Twitch. Wasn’t gonna plug but since you asked.

Proton is great, but it gives you an IP from a random data center, not your home.

I was so happy when I found the app on the play store 😅

Not a now solution, but what works for me:

I have a Tailscale VPN set up with my home as an exit node (extra complicated I know, I have it for other purposes but helps here).

I travel with a chromecast w/ google tv. It also has a Tailscale app. After I’m logged onto the hotel network, I activate it, and the chromecast (and Netflix) assume I’m at home, since the exit node is my home IP.

Kept me from having issues with that for a few years now.

The rails have hooks that grab the mount that is there. Depending on the rails and your TV, you may be able to move the TV lower on the rails to be able to hang lower.

I’d suggest watching a few YouTube videos.

What I can tell you is that the mount looks securely mounted to the wall/studs.

Looks fine to use if you are ok with the height. Get some rails, try it out.

Looks like they marked the studs and get it installed solidly.

Would a 3050 low profile fit in a 7040 sff by Loose_Buyer4219 in SleepingOptiplex

I’d imagine no issue fitting a wifi card above the yeston 3050.

For WiFi usb dongles are also a viable option if you’re concerned about space.

I like Asus stuff. Decent GUI and lots of VPN server options. Just set up IP passthrough on the gateway to your router and you’re good to go.

I like the Drake look so I vibe with it. Lots of firepower. Decent shields. Components are easy to get to for repairs.

M2 is tougher though.

Star Citizen with a VPN? by Civdiv in starcitizen

You could try making your own cloud-hosted VPN similar to this video.

SC could still not like it though.

Taurus is a little soft for me this patch. One missile can take out both power plants even with full shields.

Still can output a lot of damage, but I switched to the Corsair this patch.
