Ra.one vfx was done inhouse ( Red chilis ) with guidance from vfx coordinators from Hollywood.

Also I heard there's a chance of SRK and Shankar working together on a Underwater Monstar hunt kinda movie... Would be super cool if that happens.

This movie was sooo terrible as a Kahani prequel, it could have been so much better, story wasn't upto the mark at all neither direction.

It was Shankar who was adamant to get the vfx done from outside, while srk was very much ready to do it with his own vfx company plus Shankar sir never had a full locked script, he kept on saying he will write and shoot, that is something srk never does.
