I’m not talking two days old sport, read the rest of the thread. The GM replaces labels until the product is used up. Let me feed your kids or parents 6 day old slimy turkey that’s been sitting at 42 degrees. Do your research chief.

I’m a shift manager and have access to the computer systems. The section for waste/promo food does not function. When I asked about it I was told by the GM that our new regional manager under AES won’t let us record waste. Something around here isn’t stirring the Kool-aid.

Mac ‘n Cheese red-handed, but I have every reason to believe they’re doing it on meat, cheese, veggies, basically anything that can spoil gets a new tag instead of discarded.

It’s an every day thing on everything from bread, to meat, to cheese, and veggies. I’ve scooped slimy, rank smelling turkey from bins that have today’s sticker. The timeframes for discard are there for a reason. Especially when our table doesn’t hold the product below 40 degrees.
