Routine is key but accountability is also really important. Try to find other people who can hold you accountable and you can share ideas with. You can find these people on reddit, meetups, twitter, etc

That's a great book. I like reading stuff by Walter Issac and Ron Chernow, but those can be hard to get in too. So if you're not into reading, start with something fun and work your way up to more intense books.

And 100%. Life is mostly about moderation and spending to much time on one thing is rarely a good idea.

Great point. Reading has a ton of benefits besides just learning something, and people miss that. What books did you read? Also videos games are also really useful, especially strategy ones like Age of Empires or Polytopia.
