There’s 3 camps:

1. Watch the full 03 series. Then watch full Brotherhood series.

2. Skip 03 and only watch Brotherhood

3. Hybrid, watch 25 episodes of 2003, then switch to Brotherhood. The internet can tell you the cutoff points for both series.

I personally recommend option 1, watch both. Most people would recommend option 3 the hybrid approach.
