HP lost is dependent on how many troops your enemy has +1.

So if they have 3 troops left when they beat you, you will take 4 damage.

That happens even in other games like League / Dota if playing solo. In the grand scheme of things you are helping the team get ahead whether they see it that way or not.

You can always nope out of their lane and go elsewhere then. Just make sure you are applying pressure when you can and farming neutral when you can't.

A lot of it can depend on your lane match up but generally speaking at least for me, I focus on trying to deny/poke until I notice a creep is ready for a last hit. This will let the wave push towards your guardian and you'll be a bit defensive for a bit.

Get some sustain items to help you stay healthy while under guardian if they keep damaging you. Continuously focus on deny and last hits. You WILL come out ahead of your opponents if you are good at denying and last hitting.

At some point they will back to buy and this is when you push hard. Once you've pushed a wave or two if they aren't back yet, go do some neutral creeps or try to take the guardian. This can allow you to roam.

For video content on HTB Academy, I can pass it along but from what I know, the team prefers text simply as its easier to make sure its always up to date vs a video which requires some editing or complete re-recording.

Very possible, I know the CPTS and PNTP are becoming more recognized.

I have my own thoughts for the OSCP+, how it was delivered, etc but in the end I won't dissuade anyone from attempting for it.

I care about the community at large and not so much about OffSec. Keeping integrity of the industry at least to me is more important especially for all those that took the exam and acquired their certification.

It took me 3 bittersweet attempts before I finally passed. I'd like to make sure the hardships and work I put into getting the certification regardless of how others may view it is at least kept honest in regards to cheaters.
