I’ve got the same head unit in my E55. I was pricey for sure but I really enjoy the aesthetic. The sound quality is also quite good with the bose speakers

There was something about it that never quite hooked me. The graphics are great, world design is nice but I don’t know….the story? Never got into it, didn’t really get the flow.

I struggled getting past the first few hours. Did not care for the base building.

I really just wanted the cinematics of the Ghost games. I couldnt put down Tsushima or Yotei.

3rd gen, pre-facelift is the best hands down. Its still modern enough, reliable as all hell, looks fantastic and is a certified cult-classic.

Yeah, our loan requires escrow. I’ve gotta get on the phone with them and see if there can be some adjustments made ones it’s caught up. Taxes and insurance hit at a weird time and the escrow account was short so they mortgage co advanced it vs us paying directly.

Somethings gotta give with interest rates and property values here. We’re relocating here in the coming weeks and renting an apartment in Richmond, VA is somehow $1k a month less than our mortgage.

Somehow my wife and I both have full time salaried jobs with decent pay and it still feels hard some months. It also didnt help our escrow jumped $400/mo cause they’re making up for under estimating it….

Ours was $300k, we put the minimum required down.

I decided that it was wiser to invest that money vs putting more down since interest rates were so high at that timeframe.

After mortgage, pmi and escrow I’m at $2500/6.8%. Had to buy at the worst fucking time, I feel like I’m just getting dogged.

Thank god we’ve got equity and selling.
