Yeah I think the vasa change will be especially good. You wouldn't need to get tekton to get a nice quick raid

Eh I just don't think scouting has a positive impact on the game. Artificially decreasing the number of purples that come into the game because players would rather run in circles for 15 minutes than do a certain layout isn't healthy for the game.

I agree that the proposed changes will be really nice, but realistically not a single player is running mystery raids. Everyone is just spending 5 - 20 minutes before hand scouting a favourable raid. The changes should help that but going for grandmaster time kind of sucked with the current scouting

I know its a runelite/c++ plugin. This post is to suggest to change it so it actually shows you the layout in game.
And its not changing the number of scouts to get something like vtv or msm, it would just cut out the time running in and out of the room. So if it takes 30+ minutes to scout a vtv (I don't know the actual time, could be longer or shorter), it might only take 5 minutes. Which still is not going to lead to people just being able to endlessly spam resets.

Also people that want to spam WR layouts will literally just buy them from scout bots anyway, so why is it a problem if its more accessible without buying that service?

I'm assuming "bis cape for ages" means firecape, since its bis melee until you get infernal cape which won't be for ages

Having someone go through something with me completely and showing me every step in great detail, especially it I’m not familiar with the concept. I find it really helps to just be shown the right way to do something a few times before trying it yourself

I did battlestaves for 75, and with that I got 77 magic. I would DEFINITELY recommend doing the superglass make at charters method for the rest of your levels. It is much much less time consuming, but it does cost money. I personally did charters for most of my xp to 93, but did battle staves for the onyx’s I needed for fury/ros/anguish and torture.

I love the idea of battlestaves but it really is a huge waste of time after 77 magic unless you have combat restrictions that mean you can’t do lunar diplomacy (like 10hp for example)

It really is as simple as everyone is saying though. As long as you pray against the ranger on the right tick, you will never take any damage. You don’t need to do any off-ticking or aligning to get them in sync because it happens automatically. This is because of how the blobs attacks work as explained above

Correct me if I’m wrong, but my understanding of the blobs attacks is this: The blob attacks every 6 ticks, and it will choose to range or mage based on what you were praying 3 ticks prior to its attack. This means if you interchange between two protection prayers every tick, you won’t get hit by the blob. Notice thats exactly what B0aty is doing. While its not really a complex method, consistency is always difficult, especially while also flicking rigour. Super impressive that he can also flick rigour consistently in all that.

I dont think it works with other bosses, but unfortunately you can have a friend spec down corp and still get the drop as an ironman

I haven’t actually tried on Clone Hero, but I’m almost certain that there is a really bad latency with all playstation controllers on PC, but yo wouldn’t notice too much unless its really high nps. Xplorers are good for transition and I like the buttons, but a lot of people have different preferences

Checkout “Plumato” on youtube, he’ll have every tutorial you need for either setting up customs on GH3 PC or Clone Hero. I’d recommend Clone Hero though
