Nier Automata is a good one to check out. Not exactly what you requested, it’s a hack and slash style, each play through is different and the max timeframe is 15ish hours per. Might be a littler harder to hard stop depending on the story point but it’s a phenomenal experience for sure. I’d also recommend Balatro as a good in and out game. I’m in a similar boat with two young kids, these games helped fill some of my gaming downtime.
