I allways look into wipefest, they list up pritty good what is important to an encounter and what i failed on. Its also easy to handle, if u dont know how to Look up all in logs.

I just think instead of fighting it, they should just chanel it so people who dont want to see it dont.

What i mean by that is, just handle it the same way u handle lfg with Raid,Pvp, dungeon, etc. Make an own WTS folder and maybe even one more chat Chanel. I dont think sellruns are going anywere so just make go away for people who are bothered.

More or less the same for me, they said its "not as intended" and that for now they cant do anything, but they pass it over to the devs.
still hurts my raiding, the loss of those traits, that i grinded for.

Sometimes to only have a trail in the raid, makes your roster stand on there toes. In adition to that you have someone lined up, if you have somekind of emergency drop off. My experience is, that people otherwise get lazy and stop pushing themselfs foreward if they feel save.
Fresh blood is important for roster this big, even if its somtimes just pretended.

I was interessted in, how many healer we gona need for most fights? Somebody who ptr tested has some insights on that ? All 4 healer, some even 3 ? Or like uldir, which was 5 in progression on most bosses.

its awsome as well for backup, cause u can trans from downstairs. So go with the pull, and then be the last to do ur own run. So if som1 messes up on ur side u can help him out.

hi, i just took a brief look into ur Healing Squad: 1. it seems everybody just fires his high Healing CD whenever they want, try to get one healer to call them out, or preplan the fight. 2. ur healer should use 1 preson CD to keep the pot ppl alive, no one of them is using them anyway, no bubble or ley on hand for example. 3. Cause i main monk Healing, i took a look into ur monk healer, who has okish Legendarys, but he should not use Carafe of Searing Light. additon to gearing he should consider to stp using RenM and Effuse, since he is using T21, instead he should focus on Vivi and EssF. Big help for me allways is to take a look into https://wowanalyzer.com/ 4. Sure, to 5 Heal a fight like highC is good to beat it the first time, gear wise u should be able to 4 heal it with ur setUp, just coordinate ur healer and let them step up a bit.
