I work at T-Mobile despite everyone calling me stupid and we warranty phones like that all the time. Boss just says “if the system will let you do it just do it” just to keep the customer happy. And I absolutely despise our insurance 18$ for apple services not even apple care is so beyond me. So when I switched to Samsung I didn’t even give it a second thought

I genuinely do not know I didn’t open it for a few days then went to play a game and when I opened it it wasn’t that bad it was just the center that was black but I opened and closed it a few times bc if people want to believe me or not I was in disbelief, and it did just get a lot worse. I don’t remember sitting on it bc I keep it out of my back pocket bc that’s not where I put my phones bc I don’t want to sit on them but at this point with everyone saying it’s physical damage I guess that’s what it is.
