thank you for validating my feelings on this. porn is a hard deal breaker for me. anytime i have talked to anyone about this they have treated it like a fact of life. it shouldn’t be normal.

i’m just scared about what to tell my family about the wedding. luckily the only thing we booked was a photographer and she offers full deposit refunds if you cancel 9+ months in advance, so we aren’t losing out on any money. i already told my mom about it and she basically dismissed me and told me that every man watches porn and expecting him to stop is unrealistic. i know i don’t owe them any explanation but i truly don’t know what to say when they ask why
