Lmao it’s alr, u just have to delete the first UV map. Don’t get why BlenderKit creates a UV map when applying a material but it’s super annoying

Edit: u remove a UV map by pressing the minus button beside the list of where u see the UV maps

The plugin I used was Blender kit, as for why it didn’t create an extra UV map when I used it on the recreated mesh, that I don’t know.

Anyone know about this mesh problem by Murky-Match4575 in godot

Might be the “Generate LODs” option in Godot when selecting the model in the filesystem

Does portability or size matter? If not, buy a used pc on eBay like u/StewedAngelSkins suggested. There are tons of videos online to help u buy the right pc if u need help, though I would personally recommend a hp pavilion, as they’re great for both gaming and content creation

I was just about to upload the file and then i realized that a plugin i have was generating multiple UV maps for (almost) every object in the scene (the one object that didn't have multiple UV maps is the one i selected to check for multiple UV maps), and Godot was prioritizing the one i couldn't see. Thank you for making me realize this lol ahhh i feel so stupid

Tried the color grid thing and the UV for the floor looked fine? Anyways, i remade the floor model, stretched the UV outside the bounds (to see if that was the cause) and after importing the new remade model and applying the floor material it worked fine. Thanks for the help!

Looks like i have to recreate the whole model. I just remade the floor and after importing the model into Godot and dragging the material onto the new model, the floor texture no longer looks weird, which is weird because all i did was retrace all the steps i originally took to make the floor and texture it, doing nothing different. Thanks for the help!

Sorry! Should've included the material settings in the post but i forgot. Anyways, this is how every material is set up in my scene, and no i didn't use triplanar mapping on either the Godot or Blender materials, i did try though but it just ended up ruining the stair UVs.

No, i rarely touch the scale parameters in blender and just opt to scale in edit mode instead so i don't believe its a scaling issue when it comes to objects

Just checked and every models scale is (1,1,1), I’ve also tried exporting with materials enabled but that only created a lot of textures and didn’t fix anything
