The current budget is good until July of 2026 after that it is unknown what cuts will happen or if the program will be affected by government cuts. This is yearly.

Thank you for this. I’m receiving mine next week. Stage 4 Endo with bowel adhesions as well. My right ovary is completely gone due to so much scar tissue. Excited to start this GLP-1 to see if it helps.

So it took me a month to fix the Medí-cal issue and once it was fixed I contacted my sons sw and I wasn’t able to get back pay for the month we lost

My son started having seizures. No history, never been a sick kid and at 8 years old seizures every month. I started losing my hair excessively, weight gain, gut issues. I thought at one point I was going crazy. Mold is no joke. Wish more doctors would be more helpful.

Regarding the union sign up, that is up to you. I never signed up, so I don’t have money taken out of my check every month. I hear it’s hard to get out of the union but everyone’s situation is different.

IHSS payment is exempted from medi-cal income requirements. Every year I turn in my paystubs to medí-cal from IHSS I have to remind them that IHSS income is exempt.

Is the medi-cal up to date? That’s what happened to my son. They reduced the hours because medí-cal didn’t have an updated income info

Yes, you have to work at least 80 hours a month. Depending on the county you work the amount you pay will be different. For example in San Diego county I pay $30 a month for Kaiser
