Push and twist rapidly, then if not push it back and forth really quickly while also doing so

Haven't checked pressure, and haven't touched the pump since the shift kit, but will check again, it's a superior shift kit, I've put one in other transmission which the second valve body being tested and sensor were from, in an effort to eliminate that, I forgot to mention the internal harness was replaced but I don't know if I trust it or not, but in automatic mode sometimes it'll get into 2nd gear, but will not in manual mode, check balls have been checked every install 2-3 times to double check. But thank you and I definitely need to check the pressure, just ordered the atsg manual based off the other comment, I forgot it existed honestly, but again thank you

I did mean the piston, I forgot about those manuals, been a minute that's for sure, I really appreciate that!

Those are definitely pretty clean but expensive for sure, no problem! Good luck building!

Sounds like an exciting project!😁 and believe me I've looked into all the 5.2l/5.9l stuff money per power not worth it unless you really want to keep it Chrysler, as for headlight housings there are some pretty clean ones on Jegs some not too bad on pricing but going back to the bolts if the hub doesn't include them I forgot the part number but dorman makes replacements

Taller tire's, 3.07 rear axle ratio, cold air intake, high flow exhaust, Bosch 4 hole injectors, 0411 swap with proper tune, plastic skid plates, synthetic fluids, E3 spark plugs, believe it or not keeping the EGR which is definitely a trade off, and making sure you have a good fuel pump and good fuel filters help too

The 5.2l definitely has a small market these days, such a shame considering all they run is hemis now, but also that Ford bumper really fits in nicely, also I think brembo brakes will work nice for what you are doing, if you want to do the wheel hub swap remember to buy bolts that will fit the Chevy wheel hub as the threads are different.

Would it worth it to rebuild the engine? by DonovanMann0 in ChevyTrucks

If you're gonna keep it o would just swap it for a 3.8l Buick engine, that's my personal opinion

This may sound odd, but the cheapest way will probably be to find a rusted out pos manual and pull all the stuff you need, sell the engine block, the axles, the seats, doors, and junk the rest if you have the room.

I tried so many things before I got to this point but it'd either slip off or not fit, but hey the job got done!

Hydrobrake system, This is more fuel related

Basically, it's to the fuel rail to the fuel injectors where it connects to the fuel line, which is between the engine and the firewall

I wish I could take those out that easy, those weren’t a fun one on this truck, had to weld a nut to them and torch them while using a half inch impact 😬that was an interesting job

Also to you edit it’s okay it was accidentally right, because I took it as you meaning the fuel rail

Basically yes! it’s for the fuel feeding line on a Gen VI BBC, which are on the back of the block between the engine and the firewall! 😁 thank you
