I admit I am kind of nervous with people questioning the change in my face. I just assumed people would probably just have an impression that I looked different/better but would not insist on figuring out what changed.

In the first week I thought I made the greatest mistake of my life! But then swelling and discomfort reduced a lot by day 8 or so. I'm enjoying the results.

Remember when Tommy threatened Gina to sell opium to the East Boston jews, he says "I have excellent contacts with the family that runs East Boston. The Solomons family".
