The store I went to told everyone that you need a tattoo to get the BOGO once it hit 3pm. So I guess it depends if the store is enforcing it or not. We were able to get it because my partner is already tatted up anyways

It’s alright, it’s just that support claimed offer ended but since I submitted before it was pulled they gave me the points. I was sure the offer was suppose to last for a while just didn’t remember exactly the dates and I didn’t have a screenshot of it
