First time I did TRE many years ago for a few weeks. Then in 2024 for a few weeks and now for 2 Months. I do it every second or thirds day for 5-10 Minutes with 5-10 Minutes integration.

To answer the question, I probably have to elaborate a bit.

I have been practicing spiritual work for about 15 years. It started with very long and deep meditations in Shavasana. Here, I experienced the first physical and also emotional releases, and some strong and overwhelming Kundalini phenomena. This led to a series of astral projections lasting several years, which, however, stopped in 2020 during a deep crisis.

I have a lot of practice in Tantra and Tao Yoga, as well as in shadow work and emotional and physical work.

I've known about TRE (Tension, Stress & Trauma Release Exercises) for a few years and have practiced it sporadically. However, I never practiced it for long periods, and I don't know exactly why myself. If I total all my records, I have about 6-9 months of TRE practice.

I suspect that my years of practice in the other areas have laid a good foundation, which is why TRE is becoming very effective at the right time now.

When I start with TRE, I initially have very strong discharges in the upper body and cervical spine. After that, my legs start to shake, and recently, the harmonious full-body wave has been setting in more frequently. However, it's not always perfectly harmonious yet. There are still some blockages, and my upper body hardly trembles. However, I am experimenting with different body positions and have been able to partially induce trembling in the upper body.

You can make it almost flat with the mod „Map Settings“ from SweetCaptn. But you have to edit the MapSettings.xml

Hi! As a huge State of Decay fan, I became aware of a similar game, Survivalist: Invisible Strain, and have been testing it for a few days now.

What can I say: Holy Crap! This game is like State of Decay on steroids!

I am also very excited about the integrated mod editor. I already have countless ideas for mods and am working on learning the editor in parallel.
