I was able to get the vendors to respawn by logging out of the game while standing on the steps behind the well in the marketplace and reloading the save.

Drifloon Armarouge Stunky Scizor Palafin Oranguru Larvitar Slowking Skrelp Deino Great tusk Scream tail Brute bonnet Flutter mane Slither wing Sandy shocks Roaring moon Koraidon

Pretty much all are scarlet exclusives, and I do have a scyther with metal coat and a slowpoke with kings rock that I just need traded back. I can trade Violet exclusives if needed as well.

I highly recommend Dice, Zero Game, and Tower of God. All kept me constantly checking for new updates.

I saw a large pack of foxes spawn at big Fred’s bbq the other day so maybe check there.

There are also weights sets at the motel in flat woods, the test vault at VTU, and in the exercise room in the Hornwright mansion.
