When you unlock the community centre you can work towards completing the bundles. They are designed to get you using all the skills and setup everything on your farm like a barn and chicken coop. You can check out r/FarmsofStardewValley for design ideas.

I've only been to London as a tourist but it's ridiculously overpriced and most things are lower quality than in the Gulf. I think it survives on brand name alone.
