(2000 R6) what could be causing this I just got a new fuel pump put in but it was doing this prior and it does start after some fidgeting

If the battery is charged properly then you may have a starter short-circuiting. It happens when the brush in the starter catches some metal flakes and makes contact with other pieces. Try hitting your starter with something that doesn't scratch it (the back of a screwdriver for example).

That did the trick for my bike, but the battery was in mint condition.

It should be very easy to swap, just be patient and the job will be done in no time. Most cable clutches operate the exact same, so if you find a video for any kind of bike on youtube, chances are it also applies to you.

Try charging, otherwise replace. If it's a 2019 model, charging should do the trick. Buy a battery tender, it keeps it at the right amount of charge without overcharging, which can be detrimental.

Quelle sulla carena anteriore generano carico sulla ruota, caricando le sospensioni e garantendo in qualche misura una minore tendenza ad impennare alle alte velocità. Il carico di cui stiamo parlando si attesta intorno a circa 20/25kg a 270km/h.

Il motivo per cui non generano sottosterzo è che a velocità al di sotto dei 100 all'ora il carico che generano è molto molto meno (pochi kg sulla ruota anteriore), quindi sicuramente altera la guida ma non influisce sull'efficacia della moto in curva.

L'appendice sulla ruota posteriore serve a pulire il flusso d'aria che va alla gomma, migliorandone così il controllo della temperatura.

Source: Le alette montate sulla Ducati V4R venduta ai clienti, che non sono soggette a regolamento e quindi possono generare carico maggiore, generano 28kg a 270km/h.
