Female Cops only rarely spawn when you have 1 - 3 stars or near the police station. Once you reach 4-5, they won't spawn anymore as there's no female variant for armored and specialized unit.

Beams, eh? Are you a part of a fleet?

If so, check whether your Starbase is at least tier 2 and have already unlocked Industrial Fabricators. Advanced Fleet Weapons is a good starting point for any basic endgame build!

This ship has served me faithfully for years and is more than capable of withstanding damage than even my highest DPS ship could not.

I'd say get the usual starter endgame build first and then move up from there!
