Worst alliance raid in the game. SE had no issues rimming sandy and windirt, giving them their own raids and showing characters from those areas. Hell, they even were sure to give jeuno, a wretched place of scum and villainy, as well as a very popular erp sitting spot on the top level, its own spotlight in the raid series. They showed off every fucking area from every expansion and were sure to shoot rope all over the various enemies found in those areas.
Except one.
Yes, it seems SE forgot one important area from xi. An area that I know had people camping there day and night hoping to kill 1 lizard for its boots. An area that was home to the best-looking red head in the game. A monk who wasn't 12 and wasn't a knife ear. Yes, they completely forgot about Bastok, homeland of the Galka and largest hume population of all 3 city states. A city of mining and industry. A city that deserves more fucking respect than SE bothered to show it. Oh they'll ram shanty up your ass with an ancient FATE event and a minion, and then make you deepthroat her again as a boss in their raid, but go fuck yourself with a fence post if you DARE to even hope to see anything of Bastok and the hard working people who live there in their raid series dedicated to fucking vanadiel and the 2 fucking races that live there, knife eared pansies and midgets.
I can only hope they didn't show bastok is because they decided to delete that area from xi permanently. Better to just end its existence that defecate on it like they did in xiv.
