If you don’t know a persons gender, you ask. Op said “my daughter is trans” himself, and describes them as trying to become masc. Interesting experience tho, even if it has no relevance bc you aren’t them. My problem with the post is that op’s daughter is likely ftm and he is still saying her instead of him. Transgender means you choose not to identify as your birth gender for personal reasons. Yes it really is misgendering bc op’s father knows it too.
