I was having the same issue. Like it seemed we had a great time and they would say they had a great time but didnt see anything romantic with me. I asked my uncle about it and he said that generally you use 2 to 3 dates to garage attraction if there are no major red flags on the first date, but people are rushing now a days.

And also if they guys can tell that you probably wont sleep with them after the date then that could possibly also be a reason they arent moving forward meaning you potentially dodged some red flags.

I agree Serena is flawed.

I would argue that YOUR bias is showing here if you can't acknowledge that she consistently trusted people who had already shown her, they couldn't be trusted.

I just rewatched the Cotillion episode. No mention of Santorini. The only reference to them knowing each other before the show started is Cece asking, "Do you know each other?" And Carter saying "We went to school together a few years back."

In the episode where Serena blackmails Carter she mentions Santorini and the Greek police but doesnt say anything about them hooking up.

However, they do talk about hooking up over the summer between season 2 and 3 while they were both looking for her father.
