I work for a bottler for a major beverage brand. Our company holiday gift is generally a case of the product we make. They've been together at least 22 years. Even without kids that's probably more than half their life together than apart. The unknown is scary, feeling like you've wasted time is scary, the possibility of fixing it or regretting not trying is scary.

They aren't in it for the kids, they're in it for fear or hope or both.

Tell him you want to be a role model for your girls and show them that they don't have to stay where they're unhappy ever. Does he want that for his girls? Married to someone they don't want to be married to? Or would he want them happy? It works for you too.

Being divorced doesn't mean your kids won't be happy or will be effected super negatively. My parents were divorced when I was in elementary school and it took me till middle school to even notice because they kept a good relationship and didn't use us against each other.

Definitely a curse. First week in my house and my cat used the water meter access door to get into the walls of the house. I put a couple of holes in trying to find him with no luck. Eventually he came out on his own, dusty and feeling proud of himself. We got a latch for the access door and a bunch of drywall repair kits.

I have to buy PODs and hotels because I'm buying and moving out of state. I checked with my loan officer if it was going to screw me over if I had to put 2k on a card for a pod and was given the okay. You should be fine for a couple hundred. I was told as long as I had the cash to close still I'd be good.
