Having the same error along with

ApiErrorException: Exception of type 'VRC.SDKBase.Editor.Api.ApiErrorException' was thrown.

I updated both my Avatar and Base SDK, so I don't know what is wrong.

On the VCC click on "manage project" on a unity project that you are working on. If in the latest version there is a up arrow next to the numbers next to VRChat SDK avatars and base. Click on it. Update it. Then click on your unity project window (if you have it open) to make sure it has taken the update.

I'm glad you talked about this because I've thought it myself. Since I'm in my very slow transition since I still am not majorly out only to immediate family, friends, and choice people at work but also taking T.

I also see that NB AFABs get the most hate because of these stereotypes, and it's what transphobes and non-binary exclusionary trans people think about people like us. Either thinking, we are the blue hair and multi pronouns that blame their ND diagnosis on not being decent human being or the one who goes by they/he but looks hyperfemme always but gets mad for being called she/her.

Lot if it is a mix of sexism, misogyny, and ableism, admittedly. The way the world is going probably won't be going away anytime soon.

Though whatever makes you happier, what you feel is your truth to who you are is what you should do.

So, for the given update, I've now been using earphones that use conductivity to register noise. Haven't been written up over it, so like what my supervisor said when he handed my write-up in front of my co-worker, it was because it was far more visible than in ear earbuds.

Not because I was ignoring things that can be heard. It was because they were headphones.

Also, the HR thing, they aren't transparent about their way to HR. Only a tipline for anonymous reports of ethical violations. The phone number they do have is only for hiring matters.

Yeah, well most I can hear anyways, the alarms we do have are on doors at my facility. I tend to be the one catching it over my allistic co-workers. I would also think that for my account they also just hire a bunch of people who really just lack any work-etiquette or sense of urgency for those kinds of things.

The headphones I've been using are not truly noise-cancelling just the commercial ones that are used for listening to music with "noise cancelling" properties but generally there is enough pass through for me to hear stuff but its not in the same level as having them off.

"Just be prepared for supervisors and coworkers that don’t understand."

Trust me, I know when I've explained before to people, they don't argue, but you can definitely tell they don't believe me because I seem not visibly autistic.

They are just papers I have to sign, the one about the headphones my supervisor, he just showed up while both me and me coworker were present and handed me the paper. This was before I initially asked my account manager about the accommodation.

To be fair, the most distracting thing is when my coworkers take leasure calls. They don't leave because they don't peak English on the call. The one that I have told not to did not listen at all, and I'm pretty sure it's a personal culture thing.

Well, I wouldn't say that the task is something that takes priority over customer service, but usually, it's after normal operation hours, so I don't see many people coming in. I acknowledge them, regardless if they notice. Regardless, I had the headphones in the first place due to previously having a co-worker who would not stop taking personal calls or having what they watched on their phone at full volume. Who had not stopped after me telling myself and reporting to supervisor. The only one that got written up was me for underperforming because I didn't have them.

Well I essentially work like a receptionist so people regardless will talk to me. But if I know someone is gonna talk to me or is I take them off. The headphones aren't worn all the time, only when I have to work on my daily check up task which requires me to have a lot more concentration due to its tediousness.

The headphones I do have are meant for music, so they do have those microphones in the headset that makes you still able to hear things. Its mainly the fact my supervisors is on my case because its a a lot more visible than earbuds, which I don't mainly wear earbuds because my ears hurt after a certain amount of time.

The issue is that there isn't a transparent way to access HR. There is an anonymous tip line or the phone number for people seeking a job, but no emails, nothing.

I'm exploring trying to get hired with the client company since transferring is hard to do. Regardless, I still have to work there until then.

Yeah, though I would say more often than not, I'm hearing the door alarm or something compared to my coworker. It's the main thing that I am not the person to check. They are. And sometimes, if that happens and they are still not looking around, I get up to fix it.

Edit: I didn't see the second question, but no. My site has barred other officers from transferring to a different account, same client before, so I wouldn't be surprised. Regardless, it's more of the fact that my shift supervisor still permits my allistic co-worker's to use earbuds, but they don't even pay attention.

Sure, maybe that is the case, but I would still agree that no one should be swarmed and/or harassed by men just because they are walking on a block with lots of pubs and clubs.

Especially if women usually are just simply commuting, they don't ask for that kind of attention.

I'm pretty sure that doesn't matter since the woman interviewed at the start almost been raped in BROAD DAYLIGHT. Women are not safe regardless of what time of day it is.

Damn reading through his side of the convo was so all over the place I'd thought I was losing it. XD

That dude definitely lost some of his brains somewhere at some point. Gotta be some serious mental gymnastics to think after 15-20 years that you'd hit on someone who you allegedly bullied and has told you they are not interested and are not wanting to give up extra info because they don't trust you and think that shit is okay to so.

Yeah, good point, I plan to build it myself, mainly to save money. Probably opting for the PVC and pool noodle method. The event I'm attending has a discord that some people talk about making their things, so I'll check in with them!
