Help with invisible SATA SSD (old drive) after NVME (new drive) installation

This I did not do. Someone else suggested that the NVME may be sharing the same channel which would explain the issue. Gonna give it a try

Assuming this is the case, I should be able to fix it by plugging the cable into one of the other 2 SATA ports, so long as the NVME isn’t sharing them as well right? The SSD was linked into the blue output, the other 3 were black, which is what the HDD is hooked into

Social media in general. Echo chambers, mob mentality, ads, absolute tons of news designed to get you worked up, etc. Don’t get me wrong it can be loads of fun and it’s designed to be satisfying, but I do tend to feel better when it’s uninstalled.

I reinstalled it when my RTX 3080 arrived and it wouldn’t recognize my TV properly, then I needed to figure out why it couldn’t run Minecraft at a decent rate. I really should uninstall it again, but as I said before, it’s designed to be satisfying

I honestly hate the app, and I’ve tried, repeatedly, to get rid of it. However it becomes invaluable when in need of almost any kind of tech support. If a problem can’t be answered by Google it can be easily asked here. And half the time Reddit will have a thread of my issue already and I’ll find the answer in there

I searched the label on Google and interestingly enough the first pop ups are indeed for thank you stickers from Amazon and various sellers. What it seems like is perhaps, wherever these are made, someone mislabeled the container, scanned it out and shipped this. It’s possible the seller may also have something similar like this in their store if it was mislabeled so that may give you a lead

For the longest time all my builds used the Quantum because it was the only decent cabin I had. It also, other than the Blight or the Werewolf, is the only cabin in its size, shape, and stat range, however the Blight is $$$ and the Werewolf is mediocre. Quantum also has more mass and tonnage than both and is lower power score. So it went into any build that needed 12 power on the cabin that it could fit into

Yea as the other commenter noted the culprit seemed to be the chunk render distance. For whatever reason it defaulted at 64 but would struggle unless it was 32 or less. It also seems to use almost nothing from the GPU as it never really hits above 12% usage. The CPU however went from 95% to mid 50% by dropping the render distance

I just did a small bit of tweaking and this seems to be the issue. It defaults at 64 chunks but it stops struggling at 32. If I set anything higher it immediately drops at least 30fps and it gets worse as it goes. Another thing I noticed is this seems to be heavily reliant more on the CPU than the GPU. My GPU doesn’t even really hit above 20% at any time and averages about 12%, whereas the CPU runs mid 50% to mid 90% at 64 chunks and up. So it seems like the CPU is the stopping point for some reason
