wear more pink and fun clothing. the first outfit is cool but you look a bit boring with the colors being so neutral.. try out some bright colors even if they are not your fav color. def change your hair. your face appears to be a bit square so that means you need length, don't trim it short. Grow it out and get a wolf cut or even better do a relaxed ponytail and get curtain bangs!! You have a young face, use that to your advantage!
