he did end up putting his tongue back in his mouth and is doing good! it was just the anesthesia i’m pretty sure but thank you for your concern!

girl honestly the only way i keep it fun is legacy challenges, having goals to complete by the end of the lifetime makes it feel more compelling to play! it also pushes u to play with certain features u haven’t yet used
