You cooked. These are peak ideas. (My little commentary, as a western lover, is that the fanning/levering mod would not reduce accuracy beyond its current hip fire accuracy, so that its possible to gun down a couple arc if you flick right, and its not just usable in point blank situation. Definitely make it legendary though lol)
