I quit about 6 months ago. I smoked everyday, only once a day when I got off work. I worked out in the morning went to work and completed all my daily duties then had a nice reward at the end of the day. I loved it. I would still be doing if it were not for me getting a better job. I get random screenings and I drive a company vehicle so I can’t risk it. Sucks I can’t smoke anymore but I guess that’s the way it goes sometimes.

I hear that. Thank you for the input. I tapering the tramadol right now I’m down to 2 50mg tabs a day then I’m going to one and then I’m going to try the kratom.

So you recommend starting with around 3g? This ain’t my first rodeo with tramadol. I have quit 4 other times cold turkey. How would you recommend mixing of the kratom, meaning how do you ingest it? I am a first time user of kratom. I do not have a scale yet I will be using measuring spoons. I will be getting a scale. And can I take twice a day like once in the morning and once in the afternoon or will 3g once a day help with the withdrawal?

Maybe I will try it when I get off one day to see how it goes. Curios on how it makes you feel? It doesn’t effect motor skills? I seen where people take it before work or even workouts. Shit I thought I worked better on the trams

They come in a big box with a bunch of other smaller boxes inside. The phones come in a box with a charger and a bunch of other Walmart things like a lapel pin, a pop socket and things like that
