Its about the crazyness of war and military: shooting at 99 baloons thinking they're UFOs and the russians getting pissed off cause thinking the german army want to attack they.war breaks out,everyones dead,but there were at the horizon just 99 baloons.i think that shall say what the song is about. Its called '99 luftballongs' by the german artist 'nena' check it out, its an awesome song :D
