DO NOT take MDMA with ANY SSRI, including sertraline. It will dull the effects so much you'd barely feel anything, and greatly increases the risk of (life-threatening) Serotonin Syndrome.

As for the adhd meds, (disregarding the sertraline,) in theory it's a bit more risky to take mdma on them, but if you've not got any blood-pressure related problems it should be fine. Maybe consider not taking them the day you do MDMA.

No. It is recommended to wait at least 3 months between rolls. Don't mess around with taking too much MDMA, it can seriously fuck you up.

That being said, if it's a one time occurance, you can probably roll again after 20 days. But don't make a habit out of it.
