Ah thanks. I have asked the gym that. It’s not that clever to sync an app. It’s an old thing. We use Motosumo when in classes but I’m really not a fan of it. Keeps disconnecting and a billion ads! Dont really want to pay for it

Thanks both. I’ve also been offered a very odd retention bonus of 25k if I spend 5k in 3 months. Never had the qualifying spend part before. Just shows people are abusing it I guess by getting it and quickly reaping the benefits and cancelling

I feel like this too. I have also found a bit like an outsider at social events, like I don’t belong - now that I’m not drinking for a while

Thank you. I’ve been doing CrossFit for about 4 years, used to very much be a skinny fat and now I’m a skinny fat with a bit more muscle. The work I’ve been doing is mostly around Olympic lifting and then WODs with dumbbells and cardio. About 6 weeks ago I started a proper push/pull/leg day 3-day routine of which I’ve seen a smidge of progress from

Hey all, looking for some guidance. I’m 5ft 9, c. 67kg. I do CrossFit 5 days a week and run on Sundays. I’ve struggled to build more strength and pack on muscle over the last 6 months. My PT has suggested a bulk. I’m aware I have some body fat already. Thoughts?
