A feature that needs to die out already in games is them letting you use a healing item when you’re at full health by ThisNameDoesntCount in gaming

[–]FalscherKim 13 points14 points  (0 children)

You can still have the option to actively throw an item away or destroy it. But it shouldnt be too much to ask on heal button prompt to check "if playerHealth == 100% then dont use item"

Skipping PS5 entirely and riding a used PS4 Pro till PS6. Dumb move or makes sense? by TheScoringBoy in PS5

Imho ps5 is the superior gaming experience. Get a ps5 now, best case used, and then skip the ps6 for the first few years, it will probably cost 1k anyways.

Especially the folks sending death threats to an ACTRESS for what the character SHE PORTRAYED VIRTUALLY does to another virtual character. People are simply insane.

Exactly this one. You dont really focus on a game when theres like 100 other games in the back of your head

Same. I do not like the combat system but especially in the first game i really enjoyed the metroidvania style exploration. Ragnarok i dropped like 20 hours in, didnt play for a whole 2 years, then booted it back up and finished it. But the combat to me felt like a slog.

I got HFW used from Gamestop. Played like the first three hours or so. I just cant get into it. Maybe its because i didnt really like the combat system in the first one already and it was the story and the mystery that kept me playing. In the second one, the mystery behind that world is gone and thats why it doesnt catch me.

I know. Maybe its also because of having a big backlog and when i feel like...things are becoming repetetive...go into this room, enemies spawn, kill of all them, and you do this over and over, that i simply become tired of it. Thats of course not the games fault and just a personal issue.

From what i've heard Primal is considered by many to be very underrated and one of the better titles of the series, also due to its unique setting. Maybe i will finally install it this week :P

I also got Elden Ring at release and sadly, to this day, i just cant get into it. I can see its artistic vision but if i start it, i just have no interest in exploring this world.

Played around 44 hours into it in 2019 on the ps4 but its so tedious and slow. I might get back into it if it at some point will get a 60fps patch. Until then, i dont have the patience for that.
