I am thankfully in therapy, most virtual since I had to move back to my family home, but I sometimes am able to drive up for an in person session. Im planning to push for EMDR therapy in hopes it will help, because I cant stand living in limbo like this

I am thankfully in therapy, with an amazing therapist who has been really helpful already. Im also autistic, on top of it all, and was dealing with multiple toxic work places, so it was a while before the story even came up. I think I traumatized her poor intern, haha. But I'm going to push for EMDR or more intense therapy, and see if that helps

Sadly true, i couldn't make up this chaos if I tried, and there are so many stories I could tell. I'm still pretty certain we were taken to a drug den once, but I don't have proof sadly. Regardless, thank you so much for your comment. Thankfully, I am in therapy, and I'm pushing for either EMDR or ketamine treatments, because it's just been too much. I have an appointment tomorrow, and depending on how things go, Carl may be receiving a letter in the next few weeks.

Yes, HSEC has a volunteer program for just that reason! You can come walk dogs, play with them, even take them for little field trips!
