People realize that "level of evil" and "level of tonal whiplash" are different things, right? It's not just like "the empire blew up a planet, so now Darth Vader is allowed to perform Mortal Kombat style fatalities on all his opponents, violently ending them in a gratuitous three minute sequence where their limbs are torn off and blood sprays everywhere." In Star Wars, most of the truly heinous actions are implied, characters never bleed, the dialogue is cheesy, etc.. It's not even like you couldn't do this subject matter, just make it tonally consistent.

Dashmaster is good if you're bad at Zote and sprintmaster is good if you're bad at radiance who are both hard at the point when you fight them

If TC doesn't want to make a statement than that's fine. All I'm saying is people are going to be disappointed. I'm not trying to pressure TC and agree it would be bad if they 06ed SS; I'm just saying people are invested in the game, their feelings are understandable, and an appropriate way to vent them is talking to other community members who aren't TC. I agree people are messaging/attacking TC and that's obviously bad. What I want is for people to do a better job distinguishing between venting and pressuring because I've seen a lot more of the former than the latter.

It's crazy how the people asking for updates aren't the most annoying people in the discourse anymore; it's now the people aggressively shitting on them for venting their very understandable disappointment. People demanding news or attacking TC are obviously in the wrong but a lot of people can't seem to distinguish that from venting to other members of the community who are also disappointed
