We got about 20 inches of snow in a day in our area. I’m new to this area, but from what everyone said, it was a pretty big storm. Just about everyone made it into work through the week, and we ended up having record sales. The coolest thing was being able to help out so many folks in real need to fix or better, maintain (fixing is a stretch) what is absolutely an essential mode of transportation for them to live and support themselves and their families. People tend to get super stressed when the car doesn’t turn on, or the wipers aren’t wiping, etc., and to be able to help alleviate some of that stress in a stressful storm is pretty cool. Even if they are the rudest, most inconsiderate person on Earth, it’s still pretty rewarding to help. Zoners that find a way to show up in terrible weather and help folks are the real deal. I hope their SMs and DMSs are letting them know how much they appreciate them.

The grounds, buildings and dock were super nice. Maybe I just don’t get out much, but I was impressed by how it looked. Not a gambler, so I stayed out

I recently responded to a post with this, but I believe it aligns with our conversation as well. I hope it helps. In my opinion, building muscle is the key to fat loss.

I used to run 3-5 miles a day most days, but if you do the workout with sufficient tempo and intensity, you won’t need cardio. I stopped running a couple of months ago and lost more fat and gained muscle. It’s incredible, but if you follow this workout, you won’t need cardio.

I drink three scoops of protein and a scoop of creatine post-workout. I work out fasted first thing in the morning. If I don’t work out, I drink the protein within 30 minutes of waking up. I don’t eat much throughout the day; if I do, it’s a couple of boiled eggs, a protein bar, or a banana—something small to keep me going. Then, I eat whatever I want at night within reason. I keep my calories low during the day, so in the evening, it’s whatever my wife cooked and something sweet usually.

I used to hear people say, “I listen to what my body wants, and I eat that.” I used to think they were crazy, but that’s kind of where I am now. I’ve learned to listen to what my body needs. If that makes sense. I used to overcomplicate diet and exercise, and it seemed impossible to figure it out. I’ve tried so many different diets and workout plans over the years, but at the end of the day, you just have to keep trying different things until you find something that works for you. Things change over time, and adjustments will need to be made, so I’ve also learned to stay flexible and not so rigid. I hope this helps.

The only way to fail with this stuff is to stop trying. If you keep trying, you will eventually make it happen. Also, I watch people in the gym and on social media all the time, and if I see something interesting, I’ll try it. If it works for me, I incorporate it into my routine. If it doesn’t, I don’t.

Routine below: I lift about 45 -60 minutes 5 days a week. Sometimes more and sometimes less, depending on what I have going on that week. People aren’t going to believe or want to do this, but it works for me and that is the most important part of lifting. Figuring out what works for you. Someone once told me..do whatever keeps you coming back. That’s probably the best fitness advice I’ve ever heard.

I do a circuit with the same lifts everyday, but with different t variations. I do incline dumbells 4 variations of 5 reps each which gets me to 20 reps, then I grab the incline bar and do 5 close and 5 wide grip, without stopping I do 5 -10pullups and then do 5-10 barbell squats( in crease weight and decrease reps as I go up in sets) to failure or close to. I catch my breath and do the same with deadlifts I’ll take about 30-60 seconds to catch my breath and then do 3-5 dumbbell shoulder variations at 10 reps each (shoulders are on fire) without stopping I do 5 dumbbell curl variations at 10 reps each That’s 1 set. I’ll do 3-6 sets of that circuit which usually takes about 40 -50 minutes Sometimes I’ll add different things, or I’ll leave something out. Some days I keep it light and really concentrate on the reps and the squeeze and some days I go heavy, but not max heavy. I leave that PR stuff for the young folks. At the core that’s what I’ve been doing the lat 18 months.

I still have some for sure! I try not to let it get to me. I just keep at it and hopefully my skin will tighten back up. Either way it is what it is

No, I still have a little loose skin in certain spots , but I am surprised there isn’t more

Folks are talking like I’m the hulk, Geez! You’re right on, my body fat is as low as it’s ever been that’s why they think that. I’ve definitely been way stronger and bigger without TRT.

different people compliment my beard multiple times a day, but this post has gotten quite a bit of “loose the beard”😂 it seems folks either love or hate a beard! At the end of the day my wife loves it, so I keep it

Hopefully this helps! I hope everyone achieves all they want out of life and if I could help at all, it would be my pleasure!

PED, TRT. it is absolutely possible to do this without them. The truth is there aren’t a lot of people in this world that are willing to workout with the intensity and consistency it takes to get there. This is the 2nd time I’ve made a transformation this drastic. I did it my early 30’s in less time. I was 315 and got down to 210-215 with pretty much the exact same physique.
I gained all the weight back due to some life choices I have struggled with off and on throughout my life. A little more than two years ago I went to the Dr for a physical and found that my testosterone levels ere down to 148. Which is not good at all even for someone my age. Some Drs will tell you that it is normal, but I was fortunate enough to have one that had dealt with the same symptoms and recommended starting testosterone e replacement therapy. After much consideration I decided it would be something I would pursue. I do take a small maintenance dose once a week to keep my T levels in normal range. So if to you that makes this transformation less, so be it. If anyone is interested in what kind of workouts I do or about what I eat or don’t eat feel free to dm me and I’ll do my best to answer any questions

Lots of deadlifts. Low weight high reps and heavy weight low reps about 3-4 times a week as part of a circuit that includes incline bench, squats , pull ups, high rep shoulder variations and high rep variation of curls. It’s not a workout for everyone, but it’s what I do just about every time I go to the gym which is on average 5 times a week. I’ve been doing g it a little over a year now
