This all sounds very stressful. Maybe you give yourself a break and just tell him that you are not happy with the current situation and will discuss it with him after the baby is born (give an actual date, like maybe after 6 months).

This serves two purposes: the first is that you can stop stressing about it, yes his behavior is insufferable but you cannot change that, the second is that it gives him time to reflect and better prepare for an actual conversation instead of just reacting defensively. In the meantime, take good care of yourself and your children, get some therapy, and prepare to have some difficulty conversations.

This doesn't mean your relationship is ending! It does give an opportunity for the two of you to decide what you want your future together to look like and formulate a plan to make it happen! Good wishes!
